    Day 1 of the feeling sentences challenge:
    I feel satisfied when I clean the floors by hand because I know EVERY SINGLE inch is clean!
    I feel excited when I design/write my next presentation because I want to share my story and help others build hope in their lives.
    I feel sad and overwhelmed when I sit in my craft room because I’ve let it go the last few months and it needs a major organization overhaul and there is no room to be creative.

    Day 2 of the Feelings Sentence Challenge:
    I feel rested when I get enough sleep because it doesn’t happen that often – but it did last night!
    I feel hurt by my cousin (age 24) who lives with me when she doesn’t pick up her stuff because we’ve had this talk many times and I feel ignored and disrespected when she continues to behave that way.
    I feel loved when I feel connected to my higher power because I can feel things working together for my good.

    I feel grateful when I spend time with good friends because I feel seen, heard, and loved.
    I feel confident when I eat well and work out like I did today because I’m taking care of myself!
    I feel anxious when I have a bad headache because I can’t concentrate or focus.

    Day 5 of the Feelings Sentence Challenge:
    — I feel inadequate when I forget things or let things slide thinking that they are no big deal because it is not who I am and is a symptom of other things in my life.
    — I feel confused when things are what they seem because I am usually good at reading people and situations.
    — I feel peace when I work at connecting with my higher power because it helps me gain perspective on my life.
